Present throughout the entire national territory, TS Tripas is a family-owned company with over 30 years of experience. The company employs over 400 direct workers who ensure product quality from the extraction of raw materials at slaughterhouses to delivery.

Our structure

Built on an area of 15,000 m², TS Tripas has enough space to accommodate a robust and technological production line. With an approximate production capacity of 100 million meters of beef casing, equivalent to more than 7,000 trips around the Earth!

Currently, the plant has a specialized workshop dedicated to the manufacturing and maintenance of unique machines and all stainless steel apparatus. In our constant pursuit of quality and food safety, we reaffirm this commitment through certifications such as SIF – the highest federal inspection level for animal-origin foods granted by the Ministry of Agriculture and Livestock. In addition, we also hold the IFS (International Featured Standards) certification, an international organization dedicated to ensuring best practices in food production processes.

Our team, composed of over 400 dedicated employees distributed across all production units throughout Brazil, is responsible for ensuring excellence in every step of the process, from raw material extraction at slaughterhouses, selection and classification at our headquarters, to delivery to our final customers.
